His Story!!!!!!!!!

The Wayne Family fortune has roots that go all the way back to the 17th Century. It was at that time, that the Wayne Family founded a merchant house, which eventually changed and gradually grew, when Wayne Shipping and Wayne Chemical were founded. The Industrial Revolution helped to fuel this growth, and eventually provided the Wayne family with the income that Thomas has today, which helps to facilitate his Batman Activities.
Currently, Wayne Hotels and Casinos, which is solely owned by Thomas Wayne and run by his business manager Oswald Cobblepot. The Hotels and Casinos are all part of another branch of Wayne Enterprises, referred to as Wayne Entertainment.....

About 8 years ago, Thomas and Martha were traveling across country, taking a much needed vacation, when they witnessed an object fall from the sky, and crash into a nearby field.  Thomas quickly stopped the car and went out into the field to inspect the item, upon closer examination; he found a strange glowing crystal.  Upon physical contact with the crystal, Thomas’s consciousness was transported through space and time to the planet Krypton.

There, his astral self met Kryptonian scientist Jor-El.  Jor-El explained to Thomas that the crystal he held in his hand was in actuality a Kryptonian probe, one of many that he had sent out throughout various yellow sun star systems.  Jor-El, told Thomas of the pending destruction of Krypton and that he was searching for a suitable world in which to send his infant son Kal-El.  Jor-el instantly developed a fondness and respect for Thomas Wayne, and because of him determined that Earth was the perfect world to send his son.  He then sent Thomas’s subconscious mind back to his body on Earth.

Only a few months later, Thomas and Martha gave birth to their son Bruce.  Thomas never forgot this experience, and began writing a journal of his experiences.  Still in possession of the Kryptonian crystal, he reverse engineered the technology and was able to use some of it to save Wayne Enterprises from bankruptcy. The most prolific piece of technology his company was able to develop was the Ion Cortex. The Ion Cortex is an energy regulation unit. The Ion Cortex is an artificial intelligence designed to end the world's energy supply problems. The Cortex regulates the flow of energy; sending it where it is needed, siphoning it off where it is not, and storing any excess. It is predicted that, once in place, the Ion Cortex will create a worldwide surplus of energy within five years.
Nobody ever knew about the alien heritage from which the thriving company prospered from, and Thomas was careful that his journal would never fall into the wrong hands, so he hid it in a secret grotto in the caverns beneath Wayne Manor.  He always intended to give his journal to his son, but that never happened.

The Story:

The Wayne Family had grown powerful over the years, and the mob heads of all the families in Gotham had decided to put an end to Thomas Wayne.  Years earlier, Thomas Wayne helped Frankie Francesco after he was shot on the streets of Gotham.  Thomas became friends with Frankie and was introduced to Martha and Alberto.  The four of them used to hang out all of the time, and with Thomas being a doctor, he would supply the Laudanum as they partied all the time, until one day Thomas wanted out.  One year later, Thomas and Martha had a son, Bruce.  Thomas told Frankie he wanted out of the business, and threatened Frankie.  At this time Thomas was a well loved man of Gotham, in ways he was Gotham.  He took the family fortune and changed the landscape of Wayne Enterprises, making it into a multi-billion dollar company, and also managed to make the casinos and hotels into places you would want to take the family.  So Frankie had his men attack Thomas, but only to have Jarvis Pennyworth intervene, saving Thomas’s life.  Eight years later, seeing no other options, Frankie hired Joe Chill to kill Thomas, and only Thomas.  Unfortunately things didn’t go well that night, as Chill shot and killed Martha, and only wounded Thomas in front of their 8 year old son Bruce.  Bruce believed both of his parents had died that night, however, Thomas survived and convinced his friend Leslie Thompkins to let him remain dead, so that Frankie would leave Bruce alone, but he was building up revenge against the Falcones.

As Bruce grows up, Thomas always kept an eye on him.  He watched him grow from that little boy that witnessed his parents death, to be the CEO of Wayne Enterprises.  It is at this time, whenThomas feels that Bruce is old enough, that he goes to see him.  Answering the door, Bruce is taken aback, stunned and highly upset.  He couldn’t believe that his own Father would abandon him, leave him and let him believe his parents were dead.  Bruce tells Thomas to leave, and disowns him, never wanting to see or hear from him again.  Thomas leaves, knowing he made a mistake all of those years ago, but he also knows it saved Bruce’s life.

He grows into a very bitter, argumentative, and lonely man, who owns a chain of Hotels and Casinos. He has taken on the Batman mantle himself, but unlike Bruce, he has no qualms about killing. Thomas works with James Gordon, the chief of Gotham's privatized police, who is aware of his identity.

Oswald Cobbelpot is his security chief, mainly handling the casinos while Thomas fights crime. He uses the casinos as a front to keep an eye on the villains, gangsters, and criminals it attracts.   The major crime families of Gotham City have all been killed or driven out of Gotham.  Falcone is dead, buried beneath the streets of Gotham, and Maroni, well he met the same fate, as Batman took out both of them, and vowed to never let anything like those men run Gotham.

Operating out of a small Batcave  under a ravaged and time worn Wayne Manor,  and other "Bat Bunkers" across the city, he takes to the city streets at night as a brutal and homicidal Batman.

He nearly kills Harley Quinn(Yo-Yo) by dropping

her off a skyscraper.  With help from Gordon he has cleaned up Gotham City, vowing to never let anything happen to the good people of the city, while he is alive.

Also he has officially adopted Jonathan Crane, Bruce's best friend, along with adopting a young woman, her name being Madelyn. With the help of Crane, aka Flashpoint Scarecrow, they fight crime on the dark and dirty streets of Gotham City....

Back Story:

After the death of his wife Martha, very little is known about how Thomas transformed himself into the most feared person in Gotham.  Rumors abound how he disappeared for long periods of time, ranging from 2 to 5 years, traveling the world, learning everything he could about protecting himself and the city he called home.  He visited remote areas in China, Vietnam, Japan and learned all he could.  While in China he met a woman named Jade, he trained with her and when his training was done, he left and returned home, but there was something about her, something that get tugging at his heart strings, he never forgot her, and hopes to meet up with her and thanking her for helping him get past the trauma he felt.  He combined the skills he has as a doctor with that of the martial arts and became the most dangerous man to ever walk the streets of Gotham.  While traveling across the Asian continent, is when he met Sam Petersen, his now loyal and trusted friend.

Thomas Wayne does not care about crime outside Gotham and that he funds his war on crime with his successful casinos and hotels.

He is considered to be the greatest tactician in the world.  It is for this reason that Cyborg specifically sought him out to assist in the resistance against Wonder Woman and Aquaman.   Cyborg also mentions that Batman is feared and respected among the world's superhumans and criminal elements, and that his legend is so built up that it is believed that Thomas is invincible.  Thomas demonstrates peak athletic strength and combat skills.  He can effortlessly lift a grown man above his head; he can also throw a man with a single arm.  Thomas is very combat proficient by fighting and defeating well armed and elite soldiers trained to fight superhumans such as Superman.  He is shown to have the strength to kick down a wooden door, shattering it into pieces and breaking the door frame and the closely surrounding walls, all with a single kick.  It is also implied in the final battle that he is capable enough to fight against Amazon warriors as well as Atlantean soldiers.

The story is ongoing...
