He is a HAZOP Gen 2 Spartan from the planet Reach, His home was glassed by the covenant, he got to this world by drifting through space with his AI to use his Jump pack to guide him after sling shoting around Reach's sun and going this way, He is modified from his Spartan program and was experimented on so that allowed him to live.
