Character History/Story
Juliette Dawn Montgomery was born on May 16th to June, who was in nursing school at the time, at the crack of dawn. She grew up at Sunshine Acers Trailer Park and was raised in the small town of Elsewhere, Kentucky. She has never met her father, at least not up close, she has only ever seen him from far away and always by accident. He makes sure to avoid Harvey's Groceries, the small convenient store that doubles as a gas station and mini grocery store, where she works as a cashier. It's a building that stands on the other side of the road from Sunshine Acers, so it's within walking distance. Juliette dropped out of school when she was fifteen but even before then she never cared much about it. How could she when she spent most of the time taking care of her drug addicted and alcoholic mother? Holding June's hair back when she would throw up in the toilet from drinking too much and not eating enough. Always wearing her favorite pair of Converse sneakers so she wouldn't accidently step on a used needle laying around somewhere. Juliette tended to clean them up, but they were easy to miss. She even has to wear thick gloves and search the couch cushions to make sure she didn't sit on one. Some were left over from her mom, and some were from the people June would bring over on her nights off from the strip club. Juliette liked June best when she was sober. Juliette lived for days like that. They would go shopping or to the last standing drive-in movie theater in town and sit in the back of June's beat up Chevy, eating popcorn and watching horror movies. Those were the days she could relax and be a kid instead of a teenage mother to a grown woman. Unfortunately, those days didn't last and were only ever once in a blue moon. Bone was just a scrappy puppy when she found him sniffing around the trailer park on her way home from school one morning. His fur was dirty and covered in mud and he'd been sniffing around the park like he was in search of something. Juliette could see his ribs and bones sticking out, hence the name, and fell in love with him. He was lost and broken like she was and the first time he saw her he stuck his tongue out and she had the strangest feeling that she had been who he'd been looking for. Now he's grown, three years old, and his fur still gets dirty but it's from mud puddles and from roaming in the creek and the only bones he has are the ones Juliette gives him to chew on. Bone means the world to her; he is the one thing in her life that's never disappointed her and the only one who has ever seen the real her and not the guarded side of her everyone else saw. Bone gets to see the softness that comes out of her when no one is around and it's just the two of them, he gets to hear her laugh at her own stupid jokes, gets to keep his head in her lap as she reads her comic books out loud to him. Juliette is a good cook; it was something an old babysitter taught her how to do when she was just a kid. "With a mother like yours, I figure you need all the help you can get if you want to survive in this world." The elderly woman had once told her and at the time Juliette didn't understand, but now, at seventeen she does. And she's thankful. When the old woman died years later, Juliette didn't go to her funeral. She didn't feel it was right since she'd never met the woman's family. But she did go visit her grave to put flowers on it that night and to thank her for everything she did. Even though Harvey's is close to the trailer park, Juliette likes to keep a pocketknife and some pepper spray on her at all times for protection. When you grow up in a small town like Elsewhere, Kentucky you learn how to protect yourself in the best ways you can. She was short and not much of a fighter, it wouldn't be hard to pick her up and run or to knock her on her ass, but if she is anything it's that she's resourceful.

About the Writer (OOC)
I am 27 years old, and I have been roleplaying on and off since I was twelve years old. I love dark themes such as horror, rape, incest, murder. I love exploring the dark and twisted side of relationships and writing characters that feel real and come alive. I love immersing myself into a world of fantasy or horror and escaping my own dull life for a while. I value plot over sex and quality over quantity. I am descriptive and detailed, and I like writing with experienced writers only.
