(Characters are still a WIP but here's the basics for some of them)
When your left in a back alley with your throat slit ear to ear it's easy to give up and die. Korrin almost did too, but as he began to black out he came to a stunning realization. It's his blood so why doesn't he just.. put it back. It was a dying man's deranged thought, but on that night it actually worked. As he thought about it the blood reversed it's flow and life filled him again. After that he learned to use his new found power to hunt down the 'friends' who betrayed him. The wound on his neck never fully healed so he wears a scarf most of the time hiding it and when he uses his powers this is where the blood comes from.
Draven comes from a land where his people were nearly exterminated when the surrounding kingdoms turned on them for the gold mines that run under the mountains. His people retreated into these mines and using the narrow passages they were able to survive as they built out cities deep under ground. There they flourished once more in safety and were able to reclaim their once lost homeland with Draven leading the armies. This new found golden age wouldn't last as it seems that gold wasn't the only thing buried under the mountains. An ancient evil was awoken in one of the deeper cities and after weeks of loss and confusion Draven led his personal Guard against the beast and came out victorious, but when he destroyed it's mortal form the beast took up residence in his body. To prevent the beast ever escaping again he exiled himself and now travels the lands looking for a way to seal it for good.
Some people just really don't like to be told what to do. Andrew was one of them. Growing up in the foster system wasn't easy and he ended up with a bike gang not long after he turned 18 and moved out on his own. Now at 27 he is the leader of the gang and has grown it to be one of the largest in the southern states. Now he has all he could want. Money, Women, Power. Though he could use a little more excitement now and then.
Looking at him you'd never tell he had once been a jedi, unless you noticed the light sabers on his hip that is. At one point he seemed to be a promising candidate for master and had made quite a name for himself before he became disillusioned with the order and dropped off the radar. Many thought he was dead until rumors began surfacing that he had become a smuggler and was living a simple life free of the restrictions of the order. In the years that followed many jedi and Sith alike had come after him both for revenge and to get rid of the stain on the order. So far he's managed to fight off or escape any and all of his would be assassins and still travels the galaxy.
Conner has always been rebellious. Thrown out of every school he was sent to he finally dropped out completely and after a few years living on the street he turned himself around and joined the military. There he found his place and joined the special forces. During his time there they were subjected to numerous experimental drugs and conditioning programs until they were the perfect soldiers. The drugs were derived from the results of the weapon X program and gave them superhuman healing as well as increasing their endurance although not even near the level of the origional subject, and the conditioning left them all but unable to question their orders. Weather it was a stroke of luck or Conner's naturally rebelious nature he came to his senses after a particuarily brutal mission and couldn't belive what they had become and the things they had done. He knew he couldn't go back to that and before the others realized what was happening he killed his squadmates and fled off into the desert. He's been on the run ever since waiting for a way to repay those who had turned him into the monster he is now.
Thomas alsways knew what he wanted to do with his life and the first chance he got he joined the Green Lantern Corps. He was just a young kid in over his head throughout training but did well and slowly began to make a name for himself. This changed however when he and his team was ambushed out in the field and he was the only survivor. Watching his friends, and girlfriend at the time, was too much for him and he was left a broken man. It took months of theapy for him to don the ring again. He's still trying to move on and gain the confidence he once had, but he's worried it will never be the same. The only thing that keeps him going is the hope that he can make sure that no one else has to go through what he did.
