That was a question that he didn't want to really answer; however, given how far they had gone on with this, he opted to give Aesa that information. "I'm not a born werewolf, nor am I one of the regular types. I'm cursed, which I can spread, but it's a lot worse than normal lycanthropy." He shrugged, knowing that it didn't really answer much, except that he didn't want her to become like him. "Just think of a werewolf that is ostracized by other werewolves, and you get closer to the picture," He stated calmly as she looked at him in such a manner.
"I cannot tell you what he is, nor share any information on what you should do. Just that Cicero is dangerous, and he is, technically, still human. His body may not be, but his mind hasn't changed." Gerwulf outlined the deal, repeating what Cicero had basically told her before. "Cicero likes... emotion, instinctual and visceral. It is very hard to lie about how you feel. He has an almost compulsive desire to see the truth of things." Wondering what else she had done with Cicero, given their time in the laboratory.
Gerwulf gritted his teeth, shaking his head slowly as he recalled what he had seen at her place. "No, I didn't smell anything of the sort on your body. Just our combined scent," He stated, in all seriousness, as she asked him if she had been abused. Cicero would have smelled the scents as well; perhaps that was another reason he had agreed to save her once they were through the portal. As dangerous as Cicero was, there was a soft spot within him somewhere. "I'm not sure either. You just asked for help, and I could hear everything. I rushed over and found you almost dead, traveled and set a beacon for Cicero to open a portal."
When he said he was cursed, there was a moment of sympathy in her gaze. She hated to hear he'd been done that way, but she was glad that he was there when she needed him. "I'm sorry that happened to you. It's not right, but I'm glad you were here to help me." She listened quietly to what little advice he could give her, giving him a nod, and making note of his comments. Though the news that he hadn't smelled anything on her that indicated that Griffin or his men had touched her like that had her giving a relieved sigh. "Well, you have my thanks. I'll repay you somehow."
She leaned forward, not feeling any pain yet and whispered against his ear. "Maybe you can help me unwrap my bandages later as part of my repaying you." She smiled and then sighed. "Is it silly that I'd like to have a hug after everything that happened?" If he gave her one, she'd lean into him and hug him back. "I guess we should let him know we're done talking. Feel free to ask him about me being pregnant again if you want. Maybe he was messing with me? Though from what you've said I doubt it."
Aesa guessed that he probably would know. She got up walking back around the table. "How long do you think it'll be before we can leave? Days? Hours? Weeks?" As she sat down, she looked at him curiously. "I wonder if me being knocked up before I died means the kid will be half human half wolf. Or only fully human or only fully wolf? Or half whatever I end up as and half wolf."
Gerwulf shrugged. It was a long time ago, and at the time, he felt blessed and partially still did. "It's fine," he hoped that she did understand and that he couldn't just pass on something like that to her. After her explanations on Cicero and how to approach things, he realized something else, but was distracted when she leaned in. "Maybe," smiling as he leaned further over to give her to hug that she hinted at. His arm reaches around her in a warm hold. "I don't need to ask; he rarely uses lies when the truth is better. It's all down to the phrasing, and before I forget. Don't thank him for anything; use every synonym you can think of." He wondered if that was everything as he watched Aesa move back to her seat.
"Days hopefully," Then pausing as Aesa started talking about the wolf. "They wouldn't be wolf, they would be human as far as I understand my curse. Unless you've become a wolf? Otherwise, there would be..." Not knowing how to broach the topic that he may have countless descendants that would be rampaging if his wolf traits spread through seed. "Did Cicero say what creature you were augmented by?" He wondered, before he glanced over at the door. "We should let him know we're done..." Gerwulf said before standing up and moving to the way out, hand raising before it touched the silvery film. It slowly vanished, and a few seconds after the door opened.
Cicero entered carrying a pale blue dress, which was frilled, pleated linen and silk. Though it looked older and refined than the sexualized dresses of the modern era. If one were a fan, they would realize that it was something a person may have worn late in the 18th century. During the days of the wild west, except without undergarments. "I hope your talk was fruitful. I've brought a dress. With how open you are with your sexuality, I thought it would be fun to have you dress up in something you're not normally accustomed to," one hand on the top of the dress, the other pulling the lower half further out as he spun. Gerwulf put his hand to his face as he couldn't help but grin, eyes staring between fingers at Aesa, wondering how she'd feel about this.
"Your vehicles have been placed into storage, evidence collected, and your place locked up. Though they didn't clean it, as I believed you may want to keep it as is, in case they show up for your body," Cicero murmured, not really pausing as his hand moved over to touch Gerwulf's shoulder. The dress was still hanging from his arm. "Everything else needs to be discussed... we can do it here, or after Aesa cleans up." Gerwulf looked over to Aesa to see if she would be more comfortable dressed up or in her bandages. "Up to Aesa," the wolf man couldn't help but take another look at her bandaged form with appreciation. Cicero did the same; however, he was a little less forward and stared at her muscles for some odd reason.
Aesa sighed when he gave her the warning about thanking Cicero. She'd done it once already when she first woke. Maybe he gave her a pass since she'd just woke up from dying and major... whatever he did to her. She thought back to what he'd said about her form. "There's a lot that he said, but didn't say if that makes sense. He said I'd be something like a shifter. He also said I'd have no beast. Which is confusing because if I'm a shifter of some type I should have an animal form yes? Unless he was using beast in a way I don't understand." She paused trying to remember exactly what he said. "But you were here for that."
She didn't argue as he said they should let Cicero know they were done. The miracle worker had left her, maybe both of them, with more questions than answers it seemed. When Cicero stepped in with the dress and held it like he did, she couldn't help but smile. Him spinning seemed very out of character, but beyond that she didn't think much of it. "Didn't take you for the spinning type. Though I suppose I could envision you doing a waltz." She tilted her head looking at him, not seeming the slightest big bothered by the idea of him in the dress. Be it as a man or a woman. She didn't mind the dress he'd picked. It wasn't like she had the option to be picky. "Was this dress one you really wore long ago? Have you had to do things to the material to make it last or is just taking care of it enough?"
The way the two men looked at her made her blush and look down at the table. Gerwulf looking at her like that made her aroused. Cicero... she felt more like meat. Her eyes lifted back to Gerwulf. "I might need help with the dress. I don't know how all the ties work. I've never worn anything like that." She did meet Cicero's eyes long enough to give him a polite smile. "I do appreciate the dress and you having your people grab my bike." She had no problem with wearing a dress. The opportunity didn't arise often for her, but there were quite a few in her closet. She didn't know if Cicero would argue with what she said next, but only one way to find out. "Perhaps Gerwulf could give me a hand with it... if that's alright."
There was some leeway, while discussing things and making sure she didn't understand what he was, made being a stickler for certain phrases difficult. It was perhaps better that Cicero's habits were usually self-imposed. Gerwulf listened to Aesa, nodding lightly as he tried to parse the information that she provided. "Beast is the soul of the creature; some view it as two separate entities that make up a whole. Others don't believe that and state that it is more like a bestial instinct that comes from the blood. If Cicero said that you would be similar to a shifter, then you will likely have the ability to change..." But that was it, there wasn't much else he could glean from the information without exacts. When Aesa put Gerwulf on the spot, he couldn't help but shrug.
"Usually, I am not; however, whenever I feel the need to embrace the whimsical, I do so," Cicero stated with a slight nod of appreciation as he smiled back at her. When asked about the ankle-length dress, he nodded, "Yes, on all fronts, it was worn when the old railway lines were put down in America. I keep all my clothes in impeccable order as long as they weren't destroyed at the time," He commented before the two men made her blush. Raising a brow, as Aesa began to talk about not knowing how to tie up a dress itself. That wouldn't be an issue, giving Gerwulf a look when she advised that she appreciated the dress instead of thanking him.
Gerwulf did move slightly toward Aesa, but Cicero instead stepped between them with the dress. "Of course not, Gerwulf's skilled at taking things off, not putting them on. I need to make sure it fits you anyway, so let me help you." He said softly, eyes twinkling in a type of mischief as he tilted his head. The scent of lavender and earth escaped him, the sweet smells of something sweet, along with that voice that seemed to tickle the back of the mind. "I'm sure we have a bit more to discuss, as well as see how much we are willing to compromise upon."
