Elijah simply smiled "A truce, I did return Elena home safely and promised her protection to her and all she cares for from my brother in exchange for her...cooperation to not make rash choices. In this instance I only wish to help Kendra, after all that's what you are doing isn't it?" Elijah said as he looked at Zara "Its delightful to see you again, Dark One" he added.
