Bio: Isabella grew up with Cisco, they had been friends since they could walk together, she ahd always stuck up fr him if someone tried ot bully him. When she was eight her parents died ina. Car crash... she was in the back seat, only she survived thanks to a man in red saving her... since then she had been on a mission to find him, unfortunately after a few failed attempts…she grew bitter and cold… so she had turned to a life of crime, becoming a big time crime lord or “queen”, she found going the nice and good route was getting her no where.. so.. she changed course.. of course adoptive fmaily were worried for her.. they tried to keep her ont he straight path but she refused… when the night that it exploded happened, she was in the audience since it was a bit night for Cisco, .. somehow once again.. she survived.. she soon found out that she had powers, she could manipulate electrical currents and fields, she ahd a strong telekinetic energy, and she could manipulate the earth.. she kept this to herself, using her pwoers only when needed and when she felt like it.. that was until.. she meet the flash aka Barry Allen. And started to slowly work with with him, Cisco, harrison and Caitlin.

It was another day in Central city. Isabella, aka Queen B, aka Live Wire, was sitting at her desk in the Hotel Del Rain, a high end exclusive hotel that not many could get into. Mainly because it was a hub for crime Bosses from all a round the world. And in central city, it was no secret that Isabella Reign, was THE head crime boss in the city, she had been reported on time and time again since she took over the world of crime in CC, the CCPD could never tie anything to her though, she was to smart for that. And she was very careful. She held power that rivalled the mayor of the city, basically making her rule over everything that went on… though things shifted when the practical accelerator went off and turned many into Meta’s, like her.. she had multiple powers, but she used them wisely and when needed, and of course, her powers couldn’t be tied to her directly. The ccpd figured she ahd someone with her abilities working for her… which made thigns easier for her. Though.. lately she had been seeing Cisco and his ‘Team Flash’ on and off for while now, mainly because she figured out who the flash was under the mask. And in order for her to keep such a secret for them, she made them a deal, she could come around, see how things were going, and in keep an eye on them, in return she wouldn't spill their secret. 

Barry Allen had always been running, his whole life he was running from one thing or another.. somtimes. To things, like his job at CCPD, which he used to always be late for.. he used to be late for a lot fo thigns.but not anymore. After the accelerator. Went off. He gained. Superpowers. Turned into a meta, he used his powers for good.. but things had been rough before the next year… he found out the man he thought was Harrison Wells, wasnt.. but some guy fromt he future who was trying to kill him because somehow Barry humiliated him inthe futre.,. It was a whirlwind of information, emotions and just overall anger he felt… it had been a. Lot to go through.. but now thigns wer eloooking up. His dad was out of prison, he and his team, Iris, Joe, Caitlin and Cisco were all working together to stop crime.. to kept he city safe, and now that Eobard Thawne was gone, Barry hoped it would make things easier for him. He knew the Crime Boss Isabella was, coming round a lot, mainly cause of Cisco’s persistence and hope she could be turned into a good person again.. it set him on edge.. but what set him more on edge was the sudden influx of new meta’s showing up trying to fight him.. which made things stranger and some how harder now cause no one on team flash could figure out where they were coming from. They knew they had breaches al over the place, but they had no clue as to what was really happening. 

‘’which park Cisco!?’ Barry asked as his firend broguht up the map ‘’there east side! But.. look! Isabella is there with a few people… that wont be good if theyre attacked .. you know how she feels about metas!’’ Ciatlin stated with worry ‘’I’m on it! Keep me posted!’’ Barry said as he sped off to get tot he park before the meta could inflict any damages. When he got there,he found the meta? ‘’Uh… what the hell am i looking at?’’ Barry asked as he saw a half shark.. meta.. thing.. in font of him ‘’Uhm.. have we ever encountered this one before?’’ Barry asked as he assessed the situation at hand. Ow the hell was he meant to stop someone like this… meanwhile Isabella wasnt to far off with a group of people she was meeting with, when they heard the loud roar like sound coming formt he meta, they turned and saw non other than the flash fighting him off. ‘’Seriously?’’ Isabella asked and sighed ‘’get them outta here! I’ll handle this’’ Bella ordered and headed over, just as Barry got knocked away, Bella took a quick glance aorund before ehr hands parked up and she shot a bolt of electricty at. Thye shark thing sending it flying into a tree before using her earth manipulation to wraps the tree’s branches around the half shark meta ‘’you.. you have pwoers?’’ Barry asked as he walked over to her ‘’unfortunate i know. But seriosuly? You cant even handle a meta like that? Really? Are you that useless!?’’ Bella said and sighed in annoyance before she saw two people, one of which looked like Harrison wells ‘’did you say harrison wells was dead?’’ Bella asked befor ething Barry to look at what she was looking at ‘’uh..guys we got a.. big.. problem here’’ Barry saidas he looked at the harrison double and the girl with him. 

Isabella looked at the girl and rolled her eyes before moving her hand and forcing the harrison look-alike and the girl back to where she and Barry spotted them in the first place ‘’now this is a site’’ she siad before holding them in place with tight vines ‘’let us go!’’ Harry demanded ‘’ha! Yeah.. no.. uh not os fast little girl.. your lil telekinesis dont work on me.. also telekinetic. But nice try though.. truly.. Aplus for effort’’ Isabella said as she looked at them., Barry sighed and tlaked ot Cisco ‘’we just met.. i think Harrison Wells… but not.. thawne Harrison.. its weird.. you and ciatlin should get dow here…tis whole thing is weird’’ Barry said into his comms as he looked at. Harrison ‘’how are you ehre? I mena.. you’re dead… at least… we thought you were’’ Barry said as he looked at Harrison, who just gave him a confused look but said nothing ‘’theyr not from here Flash…earth.. 2?.. right?’’ She asked as she focused on the girls mind, reading it quickly ‘’his other daughter Jesse, taken, kidnapped by some speed imposter named Zoom. He’s apparently wanting to be the fastest guy around.. probably means hes been sending these.. weird ass metas to you to try to take you down.. at least thats what her mind thinks as she knows youre a speedster now…’’ Bella state casually and Barry lookd at her like she ha dost her mind ‘’i.. so dont wanna know how you got all that’’ he sighed out and punched his nose.. ‘’okay. There needs to be some explaining here.. cause im both confused and on edge here’’ Barry siad as he looked at them all. 

Barry sighed afetr thigns were epxlained ‘’well that explains why Cisco keeps seeing these guys op up around all the breaches.. we still havent found a safe way to close them.. but we’re working on it’’ Barry mentioned and sighed ‘’well.. theyre already here. You might as well. Let them help you. Besides, it seems like theyre the only smart ones end here trying to do somehting’’ Isabella stated with a not so subtle look on her face’’okay you know what. I dont need the attitude for you right now!’’ Barry sated ‘’well top bad Allen! Suck it up!youre the flash. You’re ment to be a hero.and so far, you’ve brought mroe problems to the city than even i ever have and im a fucking crime lord with the biggest empire on this planet! So suck it up! You got some crazed speedster after you. Man up and do something about it.or else youre gonna be labeled a coward like their flash is. Is that what you wnat? To be a coward who runs form crap!? Or do you wanna help them and stop this zoom guy?” Isabella said, actually giving a fairly good pep talk.. Barry looked at her a bit shocked but gathered himself and nodded ‘’alright.. youre.. right… im sorry. Lets..figure this out.. together okay’’ Barry said and Bella nodded before letitng the two newbies go ‘’sorry for the vines… and the mentalblockade.. i dont like new people much. Specially when one has.. well his face… no offence…’’ sh stated and used her vines to pic up the dropped bag and weapons ‘’here. You dropped these’’ Bella said and handed them tot he gril ‘’thank you.. frankly… we need.. some help.. specially if im gonna get my daughter back alive’’ harry said ‘’why dont you guys come to star labs with me? And we can work up some kind of plan or something and you can give us any more info we may need. Specially on how your flash has.. failed..maybe we can use those failures to come up with a better plan.. think outside the multiverse box’’ Barry said with ashrug.
