‘’You do realize i am asgardian yes?’’ Freya asked as they got in her car, they took a minute to settle in before they drove off ‘’what applies to you humans does not apply to us. It was a five minute drive back to the compund, once inside the garage, friday informed them what hapepned while they were out ‘’i see.. friday, do me a favor, have all of Barnes files sent ot my room. It seems rather od that such high levels of radiation would be inside the tumor, id like to go everything to be siure we didnt miss anything and call Shuri, we’ll get her to come here and check on him as well, with wakanda’s tech maybe we can find some missing link’’ she sai ‘’of course ill have it all done’’ friday said before she took Clint to her apartment, it didnt look large on the outside, but on the inside it was massive.

Bucky had woken up aorund 8:30 am the next day after his surgery.. h was tired, groggy and confused as to what happened, steve and the doctors  epxlained everything to him. He did take note that Lilian hadnt let go of his normal hand since he woke up. Though internally he didnt mind at all. ‘’So..non of  my like.. memories or anything were messed with?’’ He aksed ‘’non, we just went in and got the tumor our, we;re running tests on it becasue it had high levels of radiation coming from it’’ the doctor said ‘’radiation? Thats weird.. i.. i dont recall anything happenign with radiation.. then again i don’t recall alot of what they did to me’’ bucky siad nad sighe dbefore the door burst open and Freya came in

over the next couple of days, freya spent her time going over everything that bucy ahd even gone throguh thanks to hydra,thats Z when she discovered something, but it wasnt in any known language,it was a code sequence. Of multiple languages mashed together, every word. A different language was used,it tok some time to decode it,but she eventually did.once she figured it out she ran to Bucky’s medical room and barged in ‘’sorry to interupted.. but I figured put what they were trying Andy failing to do’’ she siad and sighed ‘’what. Do you mean?’’ Steve asked ‘’hydra,was trying to recreate the gamma radiation that Bruce used to accidentally become the hulk.. they had some kind of sample from when bruce first turned.’’ She said and showed them the decoded info ‘’so.. that’s what the radiation is formt hem.. they were trying o make bucky into a even bigger weapon than he already was’’ steve said ‘’but you said they failed? How?’’ Bucky asked ‘’they only had a small sample,and that sample was missing a lot of what bruce used. They were. Trying to piece it all togetehr but tey could never find the right sequence to do so.so the project was scrapped and they removed whatever they used on you. Only Gus’s what they didnt remove everything. Thats how the tumor came aorund, but they never noticed it becasue you never acted differently and because they were messing with your mind so much tey unknowing made the tour lay dormant for so long but with nothing to keep it asleep, it started to grow again until it got you to this point’’ freya explained in as simplest terms as she could. 

‘’Yes it turns out whatever they wre doing unknowingly was also keeping the tumor they had created down. It made it dormant, but wihtout all the crap they were doing, over time eit began to wake up, and grow again. Thankfully, after looking at the size of it,it doesn’t seem ot have grown to much. But this could also epxlain why Bucky’s memories are messed too, formt he way it was sitting and for how long, plus add in all that hydra did to his mind, this could help epxlain why his memories are so limited, and why when he does remember somethign it hurts so much’’ she said as she showed them. A few pages ‘’kinda does make sense about the hurting part…’’ bucky siad, he did not understand all this medical crap but he got the gist of it. ‘’So now that it’s gone.. what do you think will happen?’’ Steve asked ‘’one of two things,  one being he could start to regain some muscle memory in his mind and smaller memories swill start to come back, or two,  this thing has made it ten times harder for Shuri to possibly help regain any lost memories. Ive given her a call and she’s going to come and take a look at everything, bring some of her tech and scan Bucky’s mind make sure theres nothing we missed.’’ Freya answered ‘’but why turn me into another hulk when they already had me matche dup with Steve’’ bucky asked ‘’hydra likes to make weapons, and when they eve one they think they can make better, they’ll try to go for it.  It does. Not alwyas work.and once they saw they were failing with you on this part, they stopped it all together. The thing is, they might have actually saved your life by stopping that project. If they would have gone any further in it, they would have killed you.’’ She said gently and bucky sighed ‘’Im still going over some stuff, but for now, youre int he clear.  Be thankful for that’’ freya siad gently before she packed up the stuff and headed for the door. 

Freya was wlaking away from the medical rooms when she came upon Clint and tony ‘’what. Happened?’’ She asked as she stopped infornt of them ‘’he has a whole in his body, needs to be fixed’’ tony said and showed ehr what he menat ‘’well. This is easy to fix’’ she said and pulled out her necklace that had many uses, one being able to heal wounds like the one Clint got. She held it over his shoulder. For a seocnd, letting tis blue glow cover his wound before she placed ehr hand on it and focused her magic.. in seconds the wound was gone ‘’you still need rets for at least the rest of the day but this wound is healed’’ she siad ‘’howd you dot hat!?’’ Tony asked as he looked at the area where the wound was ‘’ i am a goddess, and one of warfare. I have many tools that i can use.’’ She said and chuckled before she started to wlak off. 

Bucky sighed a bit after freya. Left,he knew Lilian was right,he did need to get up and move aorund, he just didnt have the energy too right now ‘’does it need to be right now? I still feel pretty tired’’ Bucky said ‘’no not right now..  but you should get up soon. When dinner rolls aorund tou can get up and walk over tot he dining room. Ill make something for dinner and you can come join’’ s Steve siad gently and Bucky nodded before getting that thinking look on his face ‘’what’s wrong?’’ Steve asked and bucky looked at him before looking at Lillian ‘’dont let him cook. He’s terrible at it’’ he stated’’ i am not’’ steve siad. ‘’You burned water…. Water steve.. you burned it… and melted the pot.’’ Bucky siad and steve sighed ‘’one time. .that was one time!’’ He said before pausing ‘’wait did you just.. remember that? That happened a couple years before i joined the army’’ he siad and bucky shrugged ‘’you said youd cook. It just popped into my head.. dont cook’’ bucky siad with a shrug.
