About the Author
Hi, and welcome to my profile! My name is Thor, and although it says my character name is Erik Sigurdsson, that changes depending on every roleplay. I love creating characters, so I may opt for the default or create a new one, depending on the nature of the character. Some of the genres I love most are high fantasy, romance, action-adventure, and slice-of-life, but I also enjoy many others! I am looking for stories containing NSFW elements; however, I don't want a story that is more than 50% smut, because I feel that after that point, the plot begins to diminish and the roleplay loses its structure. That being said, I am straight and only do MxF pairings. I am also able to play as a GM and use multiple characters simultaneously, if that is an appealing factor. Lastly, I prefer more light-hearted plots and themes; however, this does not mean I cannot handle darker themes, as I can, but they are not my preferred choice.
Now, a little more information about me personally, rather than roleplay preferences. I've been roleplaying for nearly seven years now, and as a college student, I'm pretty busy; however, I try to respond to at least one to two messages a day, at the very least. I write in the literary and novella levels, averaging around a paragraph per response; however, if we have a lot of chemistry, I can easily expand to 2-3 paragraphs. A lot of my writing (characters, plots, etc.) is influenced by Norse themes, as it is something significant to me in writing and in life.

Writing Influences/Inspiration
Roleplaying with others online has been the primary influence on and advancement of my writing over the years; however, I recently started reading The Bloodsworn Trilogy by John Gwynne, and that has been an experience! I love Gwynne's writing and high fantasy action story that is the Bloodsworn trilogy. I highly recommend the book if you love fantasy, adventure, and the story slowly connecting the dots around the multiple main characters. Norse Mythology has also influenced my writing, as I often incorporate Norse-related terms (due to my characters frequently being of Norse descent) or use Icelandic words when my character speaks the language.

Fun Fact
A fun fact about me not directly tied to my writing is that I am an actor! I am a theatre performance major, and theatre is my life, soul, and passion. I can't imagine a life away from the stage, and I plan to spend this life not only on the stage but also teaching, as I am pursuing a minor in education.
