Not much is known about Pietr, he was an orphan who lived with other children. To him the other kids were like family. In his spare time he would read as many books he could in the orphanage library. He was interested in the art of medicine and biology thinking one day he would be a doctor. He was given an astute knowledge of the practice with the aid of  the nuns.

He had such fond memories in his days at the orphanage. He was heartbroken when he had no choice to leave. All he could do was watch the orphanage as it burned to the ground with everyone inside. All except him who watched it all unfold, he was taken to the authorities for questioning, but when they received nothing they let him go in the system. He has jumped from place to place until he was legally able to leave.

He worked odd jobs here and there mostly delivery services. When he received enough cash he went to school to get his medical degree. It took him awhile but he managed to get his doctorate. Now that he fulfilled his dream he decided to work as a medical  examiner thinking that it was calling. With the job in mind he needed to find a place where he could work his talents to its peak.

At the time, only one place his eyes. A place that needs the best of the best. Without delay he packed his things and moved to Sovereign Bay where he can work as a Medical Examiner in the Police Department where he can work quietly and meticulously.

Pietr lived in an orphanage, but not an ordinary one. He has lived there for as long as he could remember. The children were his family, they would train together, fight together or against each other. They were born killers that the Handmaidens took from their parents after birth. They trained them into being servants to one day be able to obtain the gift from their god.

Pietr was in fact chosen to be the host of one god in particular. They showed him the ways of killing using poison, sharp needles, syringes and of course magic. As they trained him they would use the other kids as live stock to grow Pietr. They forced him to eat, made him into a cannibal to pervert his mind into believing that he is truly chosen by the gods to feast upon the flesh of men. Pietr could no longer control himself, his mind snapping as the last shred of resistance burned away in his mind.

He slaughtered every Handmaiden, ripped them apart. Ate them then burned the orphanage to the ground. He watched it all happen, everything went black after that. Next thing he knew he was hopping around areas realizing that he was being moved  around due to his age. He wasn’t a fan, so to get out of boredom he lets himself get…creative.

When he was finally allowed to leave the system he went to Harvard and trained to become a medical examiner. He enjoyed the sight of dead bodies; how easy they can be cut open with a knife, how their bones break. When he received his doctorate he decided that a quiet place is the best way to continue his field of expertise. So he went to Sovereigns bay, where that quiet, foggy town can be his playground.

Pieter has the power to reanimate the dead making them do his bidding. He could completely resurrect them or turn them into lifeless zombies. He has the he well versed with alchemy , a very well trained doctor when it involves forensics. And very thorough with a blade.
