Thanks to my time with HYDRA,i learned a few things here and there.. a doctor,who was kind to me, told me of a place, hidden from centuries in a very remote and hard to reach place in the amazon jungle. Very few know of it, and when i fled from HYDRA, i went there seeking sanctuary.. i found this water there.. when i first stepped into it.. it was like… someone was giving me he hug i never knew i needed.. it washed away my sins.. my fears, my sadness and mostly my anger, my rage and hatred… it allowed my once crazed mind to become peaceful .to see life in a new light… I’ve always carried some of this water with me… ive never been able to find solid information on it.. but form what i do know..this water has properties in it that came from an ancient metro that sank tot he bottom of its lagoon. Its minerals and other properties seeped into-the waters and it created a sort of.. healing factor that seeps into your body.. it draws out anything that poisons you, feelings, memories.. and so forth.. how it fully works and where it all goes.. it still a mystery to me. But. I know it does help.. it is why i brought you he.. this peace.. is something that will help balance you… i use to be full of rage…it was all i ever felt.. and often.. I still feeling…there are times where my mind, it goes into hyperdrive.. an all I feel is rage, which then turns to bloodlust…which leads me to do terrible higns to people… you may think as an assassin you are more dnagerous than anyone.. but as a vmapire, with a bloodlust that is never quenched.. with powers like mine..i.. am the most dangerous living creature round.. and this water… helps me to over come that side of me.. and connect to it ina way that..feels as if i am reborn..’’ Anna explained as she looked aorund ‘’an oasis like. She dipped it into the water and filled it beofre bringing it to Kara and hooking it around her neck. ‘’Keep this one you. When you fell rage, take the vial off, dab a bit of the water onto your face and neck and allow yourself to. Sit and relax, allow the water. To help ease you. Having this with you, will give you. Sense of security and peace knowing you have something else to help you. At night you’ll see it will give a faint glow, it is a soothing glow. It helps you to relax and sleep. It gives off a soft humming vibration at night, humans cannot hear it, but i can. It will help tune your body so you can sleep easier. When you need it filled, you may fill it.’’ Anna said gently before they got out fot he water and elft the room. They were soaking wet, but it didnt matter much as they walked back to the lviing area so they could go past it and head to the bedroom quarters. "You'll learn the hard way, we don't hand over family to creeps so easily" Nat voiced. All of them were ready to fight until Anastasia took care of it. "Well, seems like you didn't need us after all" Steve remarked as he held his shield at his side. "I'll call Fury, you know, between you and Thor, the lawn maintenance of this place is exhausting" Tony remarked as he went inside the compound.

"Or setting the table like mom had you do, it was always me and mama in the kitchen that's how I learned" Kara teased as they got stuff out and got started on chicken stuffed with cheesy garlic mushrooms, creamy scalloped potatoes and a basic tossed salad, of course making enough for everyone. Steve smiled and when the girls weren't looking, he nudged Bucky and motioned at Kara, seeing as Steve knew neither of them could really cook themselves.
