Zara looked at Stefan and thought about what he said "I haven't had a place to feel safe in nearly six hundred years. I doubt I'll sleep peacefully anytime soon" she somewhat muttered. "You know, there are more fun ways to tire oneself out without books" she teased with a mischievous smirk at him just before Kendra came into the room. Zara turned in her seat and looked at the options that Kendra had selected or was trying to pick from. "Three is over elegant, two has no shape, one is classy but not overdoing it either, plus red looks better on you than the other two" she remarked.

Zara put the bowl in the sink with some water in it so nothing stuck to the dish as she heard Stefan speak again and she turned around. "You...want to go out...in public....with me?" She asked him surprised as she literally pointed at herself too. Meanwhile Elijah had showered and gotten dressed into a clean suit before picking up a black rental car downtown, he then got some of Kendra's favorite flowers and headed to the Salvatore boarding house. Once he parked out front, he got out, holding the flowers behind his back as he knocked on the front door.
Zara blinked a little when Kendra hugged her and then the girl ran off to change. Nedra chuckled gently and smiled as she got intot he car ‘’such a gentleman’’ she teased and thanked Elijah before sitting inside.once they were good to go,they drove off and away fromt he Salvatore residence. ‘’You know..for the first time in a very long time. Im actually excited about going on a date with someone’’ she siad gently with a genuine look on her face. She hadnt been on a genuine date in a very long time. At least the last 30years. She wasnt interested in anyone for more than. Couple months at a time.. but now that she had her lost memories ack, and she was with o eone she genuinely cared for.. that bubbly excited feeling came back to her and she did not want to let it go.

Stefan took a minute to open he garage door by had as it wasnt an automated one like th eother garage that damon and Kendra used. He drove them out of the garage before he closed it up again. After a minute,they drove away fromt he house ‘’so. Anyplace you wanna go first? Clothing stores?decor places? I know a few around town from having Kendra help me with my room and vies versa’’ stefan siad as they drove downt he street. It was a pretty nice day out so he didn’t want to stay inside all day.
