Talia is a slim young woman, with copper bright hair. She has light green eyes, and a constant, if shy, smile. She has petite cat like ears, and a slim furred tail which she prefers to keep curled up and out of the way.

Talia is a quiet person, although determined in her own way. She has large gaps in her memory, although she is certain that she was not born with the "neko" features she currently possesses. It is unknown to her where she comes from, and this leads to a persistent uncertainty in her actions.
