Character Personality

kind and goodhearted, almost to a fault. she tries to find something in everybody to love, and stresses to see the good in everybody, often times to her own detriment. it is not often she allows herself to fall deep into sadness and stay there. she will do everything in her spirit to claw away negativity, and keep the room bright. it is potentially a bad thing at times, because Odette will hold her deeper agonies in, and can never spill them to anyone else when she's overwhelmed. usually, she will close herself away in her room to pray and deal with it herself. shares in the wisdom of her elder father and grandfather. extremely philanthropic, she'd offer the jewelry off her body or money from her pockets to anyone in immediate need. she's turned her second palace into a women and children's center, since she did not believe the extra space for herself was at all necessary.

Character History/Story

Odette is the princess and heiress to the kingdom of Catherina. The culture of her palace revolved around treating her something like a goddess in human form, a child of the moon meant to be revered in all ways possible. This includes everything being done for her such as: servants dressing her, opening drawers and doors for her, putting her shoes on for her, doing her hair, carrying her when traveling the city without a car, even bathing her themselves.

As such, Odette has very little life skills, and even less survival skills. She cannot cook, clean, or drive. Once she tried to microwave and egg and it exploded. Odette doesn't fully understand the ways of the world, how bad it truly is out there, or what it is to suffer how most people do. Despite being overwhelmingly spoiled and worshiped, Odette remained ever so kind, gentle, sweet, and humble.

Many collect rocks. Some collect trading cards. Others collect antiques. Odette collects people, creating a big network of those who have become the family she missed while growing up. She is the type of person who all her friends consider THEIR best friend. Odette has a way with words, her mannerisms, the twinkle in her eyes, in which she can make one feel as if they're the most important person in the world.

Currently, Odette's father, Emperor Anastasius, has fallen mortally ill, and the princess has been tasked with finding a husband to rule Catherina along side her, for she is too young and too inexperienced to hold the country together on her own. Anastasius has sent his daughter out into the world for the first time, hoping she may find adventure, knowledge, wisdom, dreams, and an Emperor/King for Catherina's sake.

Character Abilites

Odette has no abilities, except for what her past life grants her in spirit. She is the child of the Moon Goddess, who once dreamed of being human. So the Goddess begot Odette in the belly of a human empress, Emelia, to be born as a human with a good life. By this, Odette's trajectory in life is guided by a sense of fate and predestination. She has no powers, but she is heavily affected by the moon phases, and especially the Blood Moon, where the most crucial and traumatic life events are marked in her history.
